WARRANTY

The ThisGuy product warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and structure for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If deemed defective, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. 

This warranty does not cover scratches on lenses, damages caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the products, bubbling of lens after 6 months, or unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear of the product.

All claims must be submitted directly via online request. Do not return your product to the store until we have confirmed the replacement or repair. Proof of Purchase must be provided along with a photograph of the defect.
